    After 60 days of employment, full time staff members (those who work 30 hours a week or more) are eligible to receive health insurance benefits. Food Fight contributes 60% of the individual premium for our base health plan. Individual with dependents and family policies are available including domestic partner coverage are for both health and dental. Dental Insurance is voluntary and available to those who meet the health insurance requirements. COBRA coverage is available if you have medical/dental coverage through Food Fight if your employment ends with us.


    Each new employee will get an introduction to our basics: hospitality, employee benefits, and Food Fight staff introductions on their very first day of employment.  We are committed to providing you with the best possible start as a Food Fight employee!


    Food Fight extends the opportunity to key employees (salaried and hourly alike) to purchase stock ownership in their restaurant. Currently, over half of Food Fight is employee owned.


    We want our team to continue with their education in the hospitality and culinary field! Tuition reimbursement is available for our full time employees who have been working with us for 150 days or more.


    Food Fight encourages our employees to attend ESL & SSL classes that are provided within our community. Food Fight provides complete tuition reimbursement upon completion of these programs.


    Upon completion of 60 days of employment, employees receive a 20% Dining Discount Card. After 5 years of employment employees receive a 40% Dining Discount Card. In general while working, coffee, soda, house soups and house salads are free. Items may vary from location to location. If ordering anything additional from the menu during your work hours, all employees receive a 35% Working Employee Discount. Some locations offer a daily complimentary Staff Meal, which provides employees working that day with a meal, along with on the spot training and other restaurant communications.
